Successful Tests
Testing of the decision mod feature continued this week and things are looking good so far. I managed to fix a bunch of issues and stabilize the the simulation now running with the fully integrated clan split decision mod. The screenshot below is the output of the modded decision being triggered in-game by an event:
The behavior of the modded decision needs some tweaking though, as it is not firing as frequently as the original hardcoded version would. Also, the event that should trigger the decision sometimes fails to be assigned to new clans. But those are minor issues that shouldn't take too much effort to fix.
So the next step, once I'm done tweaking the split clan decision, is to convert the rest of the hardcoded decisions. As I mentioned before, that might take a few weeks more (hope I'm not being too optimistic) and with that I'll be ready to move on to the next item on the feature list for 0.3.4.
