Modding Framework Woes

This weekend I added a bunch missing elements to the modding system that I will require to write the split tribe event replacement. In doing so, I discovered that my modding framework has a terrible flaw in its back-reference system that I'll need to fix. This will require me to go back a rewrite a bunch of things on it. It's gonna be messy.
I don't have much else to say this time around. It's just boring framework coding stuff. Hope it doesn't take too long so that I can go back to implementing the events that hopefully will improve the game performance.
