Converting the Tribe Split Decision
The tribe split decision event has now been converted to a script file which is now part of the base mode. It took me actually less time than I expected to do so. This is because I didn't have to add or rewrite too many things on the modding framework as before, which means the framework is becoming quite robust (at least for my needs right now).
The tribe split decision event behavior changed quite a bit after the conversion, which was expected, and the performance of the simulation improved a bit. Though not as much as I hoped. Now the tribe merge decision event makes about 40% of the events being evaluated (and not triggered), so the next step is to convert it to a mod script like the other ones. That's the las decision I'm going to convert before going back to work in tribal aggression and expansion. This will leave one single hardcoded decision left to convert, but I'm going to leave that one for last and convert it just before the release of 0.3.4.
