Migration Overlay
This past weekend I spend some time tweaking the effects of tribal encroachment on unorganized bands and then began working on fixing tribal migration. To aid in my analysis of these migrations, I added new overlay to display migrations on the map. Here's an example of the new overlay in action:
This new overlay is experimental, and will be only available on the Debug overlay submenu. The main difference between this overlay and other update overlays is that it completely ignores any type of activity that is not a migration event, and it also showcases tribal migrations with the color assigned to the tribe. This way it is possible to distinguish which tribe (or unorganized bands) is actually migrating when they overlap with each other.
Next weekend I'm going to continue working on fixing tribal migrations (which can be seen to be clearly broken in the gif above). I might have to also implement acculturation as a process to promote the integration of unorganized bands (and weaker tribes) into strong tribes.
