Relationship Fostering Decision Done


This will be another short developer entry, though not a negative one. I finally solved all the issues with the Event/Decision pair that allows tribes to improve their relationships with neighboring clans belonging to other tribes. The amount of issues that I had to solve were many more than I expected. Not only there were accounting issues with the number of contact points between clans and tribes, but also I completely missed a few key areas in the code that were necessary to assign the event itself to tribes that have entered in contact with one another. Regardless, all those issues are finally solved. The next immediate step is to implement the event/decision pair that will allow a tribe to convince a neighboring clan to change allegiances, hopefully this pair won't be as chaotic to implement as the previous ones.

This might be the last decision I'll implement for this release (I might add one more decision specifically related to aggression). After this I will work instead on a couple of new player actions that will let players manually choose when to trigger some of the previous decisions like migrating a clan core or improving relationships with neighbor clans. There are still many, many events and decisions I could implement but I really want to be done with the tribal aggression feature for this release and start working on the last remaining feature I promised. My hope is to be done with 0.3.4 before the end of the year. Yet I won't be able to make it unless I shorten the list of things I want to add for 0.3.4.
